Over the past month we have had several regional leadership days dedicated to the training and development of student leaders in BCSU. These events brought students from different cities together to explore leadership principles, develop skills, and encourage each other in ministry.

Leadership Day in Veliko Tarnovo

In Veliko Tarnovo the focus was on the image of the leader as servant. Participants explored what it means to lead with a spirit of humility and service, following the example of Christ. In addition, they explored in depth the stages of development of a small group - from formation to maturity and effectiveness in ministry.

Leadership Day in Varna

Varna focused on spiritual growth through Bible study. Leaders learned how to create questions that encourage in-depth discussion and how to lead small groups so that participants are actively involved.

Leadership Day in Sofia

Sofia gathered leaders from the capital and Plovdiv for a day filled with practical guidance on the leader as strategist. Participants explored how they can think like strategists, took part in training on speaking in front of an audience, and participated in a workshop on organising events.

We are grateful for all who take on the responsibility of being leaders in their communities. Their yearning for growth, both spiritual and practical, is an inspiring example for others. The prayers and support of all continue to strengthen the ministry of BCSU and bear fruit in the student communities.
